An established creative director based in London since 2004, Rasha Kahil (MA RCA) has over 14 years experience in luxury fashion editorial working for titles including ES MagazineBritish Vogue, ELLE and Dazed & Confused. She is currently creative director of the Financial Times’ weekend supplement How To Spend It, where she headed a complete redesign of the luxury magazine that launched in early 2020. She was formerly co-founder of Barbara Creative, a creative studio focusing on fashion, culture and lifestyle projects across print and digital. 

          Rasha’s process revolves around storytelling through concept-driven visuals, delivering high-caliber work that engages and communicates with wit and feeling. She has established a wide network of contacts in the field of image-making—from photographers, illustrators, stylists to photo agencies, PR firms and print presses—which she relies on for tailored creative collaborations.

          Her passion for creating beautiful images extends to her personal practice: she is also an exhibiting artist with a focus on photography, and has shown her work internationally in both solo and collective shows. Her personal work can be viewed on rashakahil.com.
